Drain smells in the toilets. Staff tried their best to address but unfortunately they could only do so much.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to stay in a jail like cell that has the soft aromas of stale cigarettes with a top note of cheap air freshener? Well this place is for you. It is not as advertised. It is not a “family” room, it is one room with 3 beds in it. No art on the walls, mould and spiderwebs on the windows, no bathroom, no sink, no tap in the room for water etc. The “shared” family bathroom is in fact shared with ALL of the other hotel guests, which are filthy - dirty sinks, dirty toilets and there was even a slug and cockroach on the door. Definitely not for families. It’s backpackers accommodation at best. Hotel prices for hostel accommodation. I was offered $18.50 refund to cancel last minute because the accommodation wasn’t anything like it was advertised to be. Wow. The only reason I didn’t walk out was that we arrived in the evening and the only other option would’ve been to sleep in the car, which may have been a better option to be honest.
