Room was good. But other things were very bad. I have got bas experience this time.

This time very bad experience. Booking.com showed 1600+ with Lunch. But at the hotel they said to pay 1800+ and there is no lunch as we have to pay extra for lunch. This was fraud booking Even the hotel person was saying that this all was done by booking.com they are the culprits .

Nothing, It was such a disastrous decision to stay here. Please don’t book this property just because of it’s price, rooms shown in the pictures are imaginary and totally different. You’ll get torn covers, stinky rooms due to dampness, burnt sheets, noisy AC’s and attached bathrooms without toiletries and even a exhaust.

Everything, reception people are unprofessional, rude and not helpful.

Room was clean & comfortable.

Staff's response, and I payed for the breakfast but they denied to give that, also not gave me my money back and they were saying to get money back from the booking.com's customer support.

big size rooms with very good beds and bedsheets, soft and fluffy pillows with no bad smell. bathroom has no bad smell in it. neat and clean atmosphere.

They said booking.com is fraud and didint even allowed me to check in

Hotel enviorment is very good rooms also clean and staff is very good in nature and work they very healpful and hotel food also good. and bathroom also clean
