Lage und Weinhotel mit Vinothek sind schön. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal an der Rezeption/Frühstückabuffett/Weinstand sind echt freundlich gewesen.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer/Unterkunft sind dem Preis nicht gerecht. Oder wir haben hier einfach noch ein minderwertigeres Zimmer bekommen. Auf jeden Fall darf man für den Preis mehr erwarten und Anspruch haben.

Freundlichkeit des Personals; flexibel und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage; Rheinufer in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.

Keine Minibar; Tresor konnte nicht benutzt werden da defekt.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Kurze Entfernung zu guten Restaurants und zum Rhein. Sehr gut die nahen kostenfreie hoteleigenen Parkplätze, sowie der Weinausschank im Hof mit guten Sitzmöglichkeiten

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein. Teilweise staubig, Medikamente vom vorherigen Gast unter der Bettlampe. Der Duschboden war schon sehr verkalkt. Der Ausfluss ebenfalls. Lud nicht gerade zum Duschen ein.
