Motel 6 Waco - Lacy Lakeview

The pros: The staff were very nice and helpfull. They were updating the parking lot. The cons: The room was what you would expect from 2 start motel. AC leaked, non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. When it started pooring rain, a lot of that water poored in from under the door.

Flies.... insects... TV not working... not worth money...not the worst.. but on the top 5

Room was not really in clean condition. Floors were dirty-sink was freshly wet and bathtub-toilet did not flush properly -no shampoo conditioner body was. There were 2 very small bars of soap. Beds did not appear to be freshly cleaned either. Not a good place to stay

I come for graduation and the hotel did what it was supposed to do. A quick stay and go.

Very friendly

We have been here before and everything was good. This time the room stunk like drugs, there were bugs all over the floor. Mouse droppings in bathroom. Overall not wonderful. But we are loyal. The man in front and his wife were so sweet and kind.

It was kinda sketchy.

They were nice people

The room was in terrible shape. Water damage, gaps around the door, missing trim in the bathroom with mold and water damage behind. Sing faucet was broken, springs poked through on mattress. Definitely do not recommend. I don't think the 10/10 reviews actually stayed here.
