Unstable hot water.
MYMYMYI recently stayed at this hotel again, and Iâd like to share a balanced review based on my experience. The hotel has a distinctly old-school charm, reminiscent of the 1980s. While some guests may find this nostalgic, the facilities are quite basic. On a more positive note, the hotelâs location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Breakfast was decent, with an acceptable selection of food. However, due to high occupancy during my stay, the buffet was often half empty and replenishment was quite slow. That said, it wasnât a major issue for me as I wasnât in a rush. As a returning guest, I would say I am still generally satisfied with my stay. I have previously shared feedback and suggestions with the hotel, and I do hope to see improvements over time. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement, and I look forward to seeing positive changes in the future.
The room included only essential amenities such as a bed and washroom, with limited TV channels available. In terms of cleanliness, there is room for improvement. Although the washroom appeared to have been cleaned after the previous guest checked out, the floor was still wet and there was a ball of hair left in the bin. The bed sheets and pillowcases also seemed to have been prepared in a rush, which affected the overall impression of the room. While the property is old, it doesnât have to remain outdated, there is still plenty of charm here, and it continues to be one of my preferred choices when visiting Jerantut.
MYThe staff were very helpful. Most of them were willing to go the extra mile to accommodate customers' requests. The hotel's buffet breakfast was really value for money & exceeded our expectation.
There were stairs which we had to climb up in order to enter the premise through the main door. In other words, it's not senior citizens friendly.
