"Nie do końca wykorzystany potencjał"

Piękne położenie ośrodka nad jeziorem wśród lasów. Możliwość wypożyczenia sprzętu wodnego. Fajna łazienka. Czysto. Dużo fajnych miejsc, żeby posiedzieć - zarówno w środku, jak i na zewnątrz. Możliwość korzystania z baru. Dobre czeskie piwa w umiarkowanych cenach. Zewnętrzny basen - atrakcja dla dzieci. Przyzwoite śniadania. Mili kelnerzy i panie z ekipy sprzątającej.

Personel na recepcji mógłby sporo poprawiać w kwestii uprzejmości i nastawienia do klientów, a także profesjonalizmu. Uśmiech i dzień dobry to coś, coś sprawia, że jest miło i czego gość hotelu oczekuje. Czasem mieliśmy wrażenie, jakbyśmy byli kłopotem, a nie miłe widzianymi klientami. Restauracja serwuje smaczne posiłki, ale porcje są niewielkie i zbyt drogie. W rezultacie jeść jeździliśmy do pobliskiej Sławy. Słaba kawa na śniadaniach - dla nas grzech ciężki ( i to pomimo trzech różnych ekspresów). Dodatkowo płatny parking w takim miejscu to coś niezrozumiałego. Sofa do spania niewygodna.

Już nasz trzeci pobyt :) Jak zwykle super obsługa. Pokoje czyste i schludne. Okolica wymarzona na spacery z psem.
