Staff were incredible. Gave me medicine for Bali belly and went to buy more for me. They have daily cleaning with was amazing for me.

It is very simple, pillow are not comfortable (too tall and hard), and my drain was clogged - the staff fixed the drain just before my last day there.

Very clean and the staff is incredibly kind !

Very clean- quite - nice atmosphaere- you can use the kitchen - room.has a water boiler. The stuff is super nice. He is interested in the people and always greets you with a warm smile ♡

Sometimes the watertemperature was hard to regulate.

The staff is very helpful especially I forgot his name. We’re very sorry that we have not said goodbye properly because of our early flight. ✈️ I will post his photo. He is very accommodating.

Nice pool and garden

I arrived at night, the guy who welcomed me was rude on me with the payment that I wanted to do at check out to have the time to withdraw money. He repeated almost 3 times to pay and finally enjoined that I leave my passport that I didn’t have with me. I had to send my passport photo to the owner. I had to ask for changing the sheets and sweep the floor because there were hairs and stains. In the morning, I just went out of the room to have breakfast and they told me they had nothing to propose. The first thing another employee told me was : « you have to pay », repeating it 3 times again. I went out of the room at 11:55 just before checking out already a bit pissed off and the employee was following me closely from the room to the reception to be sure I will pay, repeating again that I have to pay. I was so pissed off that I called the owner to explain that I was very not happy on how this situation was going but he was the worst person. He basically was screaming at me to go by the rules (I always pay on checkout) etc. After agreeing on a new price, he called his employee to say to him that the difference will be taken out of his salary. I’m usually the nicest person when it comes to people m, but this has been the worst hotel experience.
