The room is bigger than the usual standard in Japan. Very clean. Tea and coffee facilities available.. The staff are very helpful and kind and they all speak English. The hotel is walking distance from the castle and the main points of interest. It was a comfortable stay.

The dining room is very small compared to the number of rooms. At breakfast it gets very crowded and people have to wait in the queue.

Muy buena ubicación, en pleno barrio de Katamachi. Muy cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y varios autobuses que van a la estación central paran cerca o directamente en frente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy cómoda. Disponía de todo lo necesario (cepillo de dientes y dentífrico, body towel, gel/champú/acondicionador, bastoncillos para los oídos). Tiene cafetera con cápsulas, leche, azúcar y té. Dispone también de secador de pelo. Muy fácil el check in y el check out. Te guardan las maletas si vas antes o al salir.
