Excellent infrastructure and rooms, very competitive prices and lovely staff. Mimi was very helpful and chatty, it was a pleasure to talk to her in the mornings.

It’s their care for the customer and attention to detail that sets this hotel apart from others. A warm welcome from the owner and super tasty homemade food makes breakfast a wonderful experience. We stayed late November and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a little bit of Christmas also spilling in to our bedroom. Super clean, world class customer service and warm, homely vibe. Mimi, her daughter Margarita and all the staff there are a hard act to beat. We will definitely stay there again if in the area.

The relaxing atmosphere, cozy lobby, and spacious, well-lit rooms with lovely lake or garden views contributed to a memorable experience. The standout feature was the outstanding service; the staff were attentive and ensured that everything was perfectly arranged. The delicious breakfast, (mostly homemade) featuring fresh local ingredients , was served in an elegant and inviting setting. With convenient access to the city center, (where bike rentals are available for exploring the lake area) , this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Incredible hotel in a peaceful place. If you want to relax, this is the best place for you! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the products - locally sourced. The owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming. We were so impressed by everything and would definitely come back again.
