Swimming pool was very nice. Had room with pool access. Lobby/foyer lovely. Friendly staff. Good breakfast

Sunlounger area congested. No loungers on the beach. No outdoor eating area for lunchtime drinks/snacks.

The staff, facilities, and comfort of the Haven are all unmatched! My wife and I came to the Haven for our honeymoon trip to Thailand. We were so excited to be upgraded to a villa room, which we truly appreciate! The staff were incredibly helpful with anything that we asked, the complimentary breakfast was an amazing way to start each day, and the amenities at the resort were all outstanding. The easy access to taxis was incredibly helpful for us to get into the town when we wanted to. We highly recommend the Haven and hope to come back someday!
