The owner Ya and the team were very warm from the first moment we step foot into the hotel. The facilities are great, pool with jacuzzi, delicious breakfast, Netflix in the room. We enjoyed every moment.

There are not much of restaurants and bars around but nothing a short scooter drive can't fix which the hotel provided very cheaply.

Beautiful villas in a lovely well maintained garden. The pool is very clean and refreshing. The queen bed is comfortable even for us old Australians. It's nice to have a separate comfortable lounge with fan and bedroom has air-conditioning that works well. The check-in and out process is very easy and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing property with everything you need. Run by the nicest locals who are always at your service, they go the extra mile. All amenities included and a very comfortable property. The cafe and the food are also top notch.

We stayed for 5 nights at Arthaya and had a wonderfully relaxing time during the quiet low season in May, offering great value. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Ya, the lovely owner, and her friendly staff, who served us refreshing drinks and kindly upgraded us to a 2-bedroom villa. The tropical garden grounds were peaceful and beautiful, with fruits hanging from some trees and a gorgeous scent of flowers in the evenings. The pool was clean and of decent size, perfect for a refreshing swim. The villa itself was spacious, very clean, and well-designed, with good insulation that kept the cool AC air inside. The property was decorated with attention to every detail and utilized solar energy. We had everything we needed, from reliable Wi-Fi to a mosquito coil holder, kitchen utensils, a strong shower with hot water, ample wardrobe space to hang our clothes and store our belongings, high-quality linens, and a large fridge-freezer. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Housekeeping was available upon request, and we received two fresh glass bottles of drinking water daily. Ya also assisted us with our transfer to Krabi for a small fee, and everything went smoothly. Additionally, we rented a well-maintained scooter from her at the standard price of 200 baht per day. During the day, Ya's comfortable café restaurant on-site offered morning coffee, baked goods, breakfast, and lunch. The location was approximately a 10-minute walk to Beautiful Beach or Gintare Beach, with a couple of restaurants and a minimart nearby. However, given the hot and sunny weather in May, we would recommend renting a motorbike as walking could be quite uncomfortable. The Saladan speedboat pier was about 8 km away and easily accessible by car or tuktuk.

Beautiful hotel, clean, quiet, great facilities, delicious little cafe as part of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and new. We had a small issue with a shower and it was fixed immediately. The staff is really really responsive to any requests. Also help with scooter rental. Oh and the pool is beautiful!

I did not like the location much as it's a bit far from the beach so I was missing the beach view...

The apartments are located in beautiful and relaxing garden, have good amenities and are spotless clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. Had really good time there.

Apart from a small mishap with the payment in the beginning of the stay, all went fine and there were no issues.
