Location

Very disappointed, staff denied the booking. After discussion and showing booking details he agreed. After several times I mentioned that I am coming with my car but stuff told me that I have to park my car on the road at my own risk. Whereas there was enough parking space. After Hours of requested at last given parking space which is totally unexpected. People like me who have zero knowledge regarding an unknown City (Hyderabad). * Hotels should provide at least a bottle of drinking water, but they are not able provide a single plate 😞. The towel and bedsheet were too dirty. I never expected this kind of issues from a reputed Hotel.
