"Very dirty sheets.. staff very rude"

Unwashed sheets and very dirty

All bedsheets are dirty including pillows.. we have to buy our own sheets to avoid sleeping on those dirty sheets….

Easy check-in process. reception staff was very good nature. I got my room very fast, the room was very clean and the bathroom was also very clean and shiny. I like this hotel very much.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The hotel's hospitality and luxurious amenities made for an unforgettable stay.

Water bottle was also expensive (45 rupees) which is a basic necessity.

"Bad stay"

Nothing

We weren't given the room we we booked. The bathroom also had a faulty toilet. The staff was unresponsive. We had to ask multiple times for towels and soap kits.
