Отель со многими удобствами, дают тапочки, наборы для бритья, чистки зубов, даже расчёски. Всё как в приличных отелях. Сам номер просторный и чистый. Есть мини-бар за доп.оплату Стафф отеля отзывчивый, готовы помочь.

Слышимость в комнатах очень высокая. Можно услышать отрывки диалогов соседей.

Отличный отель. Приезжали из Астаны на мероприятие в Костанай. Все чисто и аккуратно, приятный персонал, отзывчивый. Было круто. Приедем ещё!
