L'hôtel se trouve au plein Centre ville. Plateau avec thé, café offert. Brosse à dents et la dentifrice, coton-tige et le shampooing offert. Le café offert dans le bar en arrivant. On m'a aidé à porter ma valise au 2 éme étage.

Pour obtenir la carte de transport offerte par Office de Tourisme je devais écrire et appeler 3 fois l'établissement. Je l'ai eu que le lendemain. Pas d'assenceur. Très brouillant le vendredi soir et le samedi matin à partir de 5h00 ( les commerçants du marché commencent à discuter très fort et faire trop de bruit).

De ruimte en de locatie

Het was niet schoon, afval van vorige gasten nog in de prullenbak. Het meubilair was kapot: het bed, beddengoed en er miste een gordijn.

Excellent central location, quiet, bed OK

The room was dirty (and smelly) on arrival and was only cleaned twice in two weeks (once on my last day!) The kitchenette didn't have : plates, forks, spoons etc !!! The TV didn't work...I had to get batteries for the control Every traveller is supposed to receive a free local travel pass: I didn't get it : people pay for it in the booking and it is the responsibility of the hotel to give it to guests on their day of arrival. A daily pass costs CHF 10, or about $ 11... which I had to pay out of my own pocket! The owner / manager ́never showed up...there was nobody on the premises I could talk to! I had asked to be on the lower level due to my age and recent surgery...it turned out I had to climbed 4 steep and narrow stairs. No elevator because it is an old building . In the city which boast the world famous Ecole hôtelière, this lack of hospitality it is rather disturbing . Not the Switzerland I used to know.
