"A couple of years back I had rated them 5 star but today what a fall"

Parking

The dirty rooms could have been cleaned. Shabby towels and that too only one for both of us. One tea cup in the room for both of us and no spoon. Breakfast was horrible and by any stretch of imagination the staff getting breakfast on the table at 8.15 AM is pathetic

below average Breakfast quality & presentation. attending staff interaction was prompt and understanding. bed very un-comfy mattress, sheets with odour. live band too x 2 loud. un-understanding rules.
