Hotel Rain Sky Inn

This place is not same which is look like pic. When I was checking there is no towel, bathroom bucket, 🪣. Bad smells whole rooms. I called reception for towel and bucket. He told okey. But no any response. I was call many time.... Staff behaviour very rood. I never stay any of this branch. Please don't waste your time it was not comfortable. Waste of money.

Staff was not professional at all. They have charged the complete money at the time of check-in only and after taking money they were not giving any response. For getting extra mattress also, I have told them 5-6 times. About cleaning, rooms were clean at all. There were lot of insects and cockroaches were roaming. Even they didn’t clean the dustbin as well. Mattress and blanket was also mot clean.

The room was dirty, and despite multiple requests, there was no room service. The beds and rooms were filthy, with cockroaches and other pests roaming around. Additionally, there were broken pipes leaking in the bathroom, dirty bed covers, no TV, and no intercom. Will never gonna stay there and suggest family people to stay away from this property.
