clean and spacious rooms, central location, value for money , breakfast was very nice,staff very polite

provision of iron and ironing board would have made a difference. would have been beneficial if they did have hairdryers and tea /coffee making facilities in the rooms. I booked the same morning through booking.com and got an email confirmation. However, I received a message in the app from the hotel that my booking is being released as I did not answer their text to confirm my time of arrival .I was on the train and had no network and found that message very distressing. I booked and confirmed through the app which had my payment card details anyway and it said that the booking was not refundable. Sending that threatening message was completely unacceptable.I have been using Booking.com for a number of years and nothing like this has happened before !!

Within such a price; 1. It was wonderful hotel with utmost cleanliness 2. Staff was very helpful and forthcoming 3. Rooms were above average and perfectly cleaned with all kinds of basic amenities

I tried ordering some snacks around 6 pm but the request was denied with a reason that kitchen staff is on rest and I would be able to order after 7. They must improve on such services

Staff is cooperative

management is not cooperative and not prooer toiletries and other services
