All was good. Room was good and warm (in winter) Personals are professional and very respectful. Very very good sauna and spa! If you ask me “will you go back there again?” I say YES!

Restaurant!! The quality of the food was very middle, but prices are over! Breakfast was simple and minimal! (Included in price). terrible quality of coffee, but if you want good espresso or cappuccino, separately you have to pay 3,50 euro for 1 cup. Wine is very costly with bad quality!

Very cozy family-run hotel. Perfectly located in the center of the village. Also the restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinner is nerby and family-friendly. Extremely clean and tidy. Our 2 years old daughter felt really at home, and she did not want to leave the kids playroom anymore!

Room was very hot and a bit dark. It would be good to have some extra alternative pillow.

We had a spacy room with a nice and clean bathrıom. Also sauna facility is very cozy. Staff was friendly.

There is no ski and boot storage room.

Breakfast was okay Sauna was really clean and nice And the lady in the reception was so kind and helpful They let us to storage our stuff for some hours after check out

Given random keys which the receptionist guy supposed us to share the rooms between our friends, not assigned the room per our booking reservation. The mattress was the most uncomfortable one ever and whole night we could hear voices whenever we turned. You might want to rest after skiing but was impossible when you wake up with back and neck pain because of the bed. Pillows were beyond terrible too. And bedsheets were full of small hairs which was disgusting. Even there was same issue with the new sheets when they changed it second day. And the same guy who gave us the key was so mean, because of his style, I felt like he is the guest and I was the host. When I asked clean towels, he just kept saying that I need to leave them on the ground. Toilet also wasn’t well cleaned, there was always a heavy smell. Even sauna’s toilet was cleaner than in the room. And breakfast was simple but not bad. Just the service was really slow. There was plate which had cucumber tomatoes etc, when I asked them to refill it, it took 20 min that I already finished my breakfast. And also it was 9 o’clock which we had +1 hour for breakfast time, there were no more croissants and when we asked for, the answer was we don’t have more and it will be 30 min if they bake again… Why not having them ready when there is still a lot of time for breakfast ending. Of course we didn’t have high expectations but just to be simple and clean. So many things were not even close to being ideal.
