Mitarbeiterinnen waren echt nett. Frühstück war genial für kleines Hotel! sogar besser als grösse Ketten. Zimmer sauber und passt für eine Nacht. Zimmer war nur sehr kalt als ich kam. Heizung war schwierig zu finden. Danach Heizung gedreht und 2 Stunden später war es angenehmer. Bad sauber. Alles super! Falls ich wieder in Mannheim bin, werde ich hier Preise gucken und reservieren. Danke an die 2 Damen in Rezeption! echt nett!

Hotel mit Stil. Sehr gute Lage (in Bahnhofsnähe). Saubere zweckmäßige Zimmer. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Danke für die Leihgabe des Handy-Ladekabels). Tolles und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Kein Buffet sondern noch freundliche Bedienung am Tisch.

einzig das Wetter hätte besser sein können und der Orangensaft beim Frühstück war nicht frisch gepresst.

"Famielen geführtes Hotel, urig , in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber, Matratzen gut."

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, Hauptbahnhof, Fußgängerzone schnell erreichbar .

Das einzige war der lange Weg über viele Treppen in den 4. Stock, kein Aufzug .
