"bad experience, bad customer service"

nothing , just tidy

Not a lift and i had to walk the stairs all the way up to the 3 th floor … i couldn’t even carry my luggage in the room . No energy it’s helping you anyways plus no information . No coffee or tea inside the room , you have to pay for everything quite expensive and not worth it . Cold inside the room and customer service crap ! Sorry my language. I’m really pissed off cause the reviews where nice but the actual hotel just rubish

The staff was excellent. Every single day the room was tidy-up and cleaned, the room was very clean and smelling really nice, even the bed was changed and made every single morning. Good quality of service and very efficient. Clean towels and clean laundry. I strongly recommend. Really nice lighting
