Tassili Luxury Desert Camp

Bellissimo campo gestito da famiglie berbere locali, molto organizzato. Il trasporto al campo è incluso nel prezzo e prezzi e organizzazione delle attività extra vengono comunicati chiaramente. Il punto di ritrovo/parcheggio viene condiviso dopo la prenotazione. Bisogna lasciare la strada asfaltata in corrispondenza del cartello Erg Znagui. Il campo si trova lontano dal caos di Merzouga ed Erg Chebbi, in una zona più isolata. Le dune sono meno imponenti, ma il panorama resta splendido e mozzafiato, e la distesa di dune bellissima. Dal campo si raggiungono facilmente a piedi le dune, con paesaggi meravigliosi. Cena abbondante e gradevole, buona colazione a buffet. Le tende, scure come quelle più tradizionali sono ampie e ben complete, così come i bagni. Il campo è alimentato interamente da pannelli solari, evitando i fastidiosi rumori dei generatori.

Rustige locatie, je wordt opgehaald met een 4x4 op een parking waarvan de locatie op voorhand duidelijk wordt doorgegeven via Whatsapp. Ook het uur wordt duidelijk afgesproken. Iedereen is super vriendelijk en het eten is mega lekker! De tenten zijn prachtig en je hebt een groot en comfortabel bed. Het kamp wordt gerund door 5 locale families, dat vinden wij altijd fijn om te horen.

De tenten waren wat warm bij aankomst, maar ja, je slaapt dan ook in de woestijn...

Une expérience réelle dans le désert ( un peu plus éloigné de tous les bivouacs plus touristiques) mais avec tous les services Sortie au couché de soleil avec les dromadaires extraordinaire Les tentes sont très belles et de style nomades (noires) Lieu où on se sent en sécurité Transport vers le bivouac inclus (en camion 4x4) La nourriture est bonne et de qualité Le personnel est gentil et à l'écoute Réponse toujours rapide de Hassan

Good communication, transport to/from camp (and the main road) organization before arrival food tasty. Dinner and breakfast were tasty, the personel friendly and helpful. Tents with a touch of luxury feeling, but don't expect a 5-stars hotel. Good value for money ! We liked the 4x4 half day trip very much, whilst the camel ride was too short. Ideal to walk to the dunes, just in front. Many activities also in Merzouga. There are far less camps in this part of the dunes (south from Merzouga) than in the "big" dunes making the experience at evening/night more authentic.

Une soirée et nuit dans le désert magiques !

Alles! Wat een toplocatie. Wat een ervaring om in de woestijn te overnachten. De mensen waren super vriendelijk. Je bent weg van het massatoerisme van Merzouga zelf. Je kunt je auto achterlaten op een beveiligde plek. Wanneer je aankomt, app je het kamp en halen ze je op. Vanaf het kamp kan je makkelijk de duinen in lopen en je ziet dan in de verte maar 2 andere kampen. De zonsondergang is ontzettend mooi! De tenten zijn comfortabel en de bedden liggen heerlijk. Ook het ontbijt en diner is uitgebreid. We hebben ook de excursie met de 4x4 gedaan. Ook deze was goed verzorgd en je komt op mooie plekken (ook waar niet iedereen komt) We hadden 2 nachten geboekt en daar was ik achteraf echt heel blij mee!

Location is fantastic, away from the crowds and noise because it is not located among the majority of camps but next to some equally lovely dunes further away from town. This makes the camp very special. You can walk up into the dunes from the camp and are just surrounded by quiet of the desert. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to make the stay special. Great beds and lovely bathroom, super clean and well appointed. Good food and good music by the fire place! We did a tour with a 4WD to villages and other sites in the desert which was interesting and a great way to spend the day!
