propreté moyenne, cabine de douche vétuste, téléviseur en panne, bouilloire sale Une caution est demandée après avoir payé la chambre de la même valeur que le prix de la chambre et qui est annulée 48 h après le départ ! jamais vu !!

There was no hot water from about 6pm! We couldn’t shower before going out for dinner after skiing all day. Had to use a friends hotel facilities to wash!

Some rooms were only accessible by stairs, this made it difficult for us with a stroller and a sleeping baby.
