I did like that it was a modern build. It is relatively new. The room was adequate. It has a smart TV but is not geared to a foreigner. This hotel offers nothing to assist a foreigner.

There is a new law of the city that prevents foreigners stay at this hotel in Nha Sỏn unless you have pre-arranged, approved police registration and before you arrive at the hotel. There is no warning of this given by the hotel as they dont answer messages or emails from foreigners. They only refuse to book you in when you arrive. There are only two ways you can stay here if you are a foreigner: 1. Go to the police station and prove who you are. You will need a native Vietnamese to vouch for you. 2. Have a local Vietnamese register with the police by phone. They must register and take all responsibility for you. I was lucky to have a local vouch for me. The hotel did nothing to assist they just said (Google translate) "No you are a foreigner you can't stay here you must leave." I only found out why by getting my landlady in the city to ask. The management harassed my friend by a stream of messages on Zalo. They also managed to get my two day stay wrong, and their Visa payment machine was broken (the manager blamed the bank). While I was going to get VND the manager harassed my friend and forced payment through her Zalo app. Threatening her they would call the police and complain about my friend being uncooperative. Disgraceful, bullying behaviour. This is categorically the worst hotel stay if had in two years of travelling Vietnam.

The staff are really nice. Although they don’t speak English, they try their best to communicate with us.

It’s was not clean in the room. There are some roaches and insects. The photos are not exact the same with the room in person.

Very clean and modern hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Location was good on the main street with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very quiet was I was there.

The breakfast is just ordering one thing off a menu as opposed to a buffet. This may be limited for some travellers.
