Perfect example of hospitality

Awesome breakfast. The staff was absolutely amazing. It’s a rather small, boutique hotel. Definitely recommended in this time of the year if you’re looking for little to no kids at the hotel. Overall, even though it’s a 4 star hotel, they aim to deliver a 5 star experience. Will be back!

I cannot say enough about the staff and the service—it is truly remarkable, surpassing what I have experienced at well-known luxury resorts. The hotel itself is beautiful, seamlessly blending modern and traditional design. The food was delicious and beautifully served (one or two more options would make it perfect as we were dining in every night!). The pool is slightly smaller than it appears in photos, but it is beautifully decorated. You must absolutely have the spa experience!

The staff, the huge room, very comfortable

The staff were friendly . The food was absolutely amazing , we have been to many resorts and hotels in Bali and I’d have to say the food is up there with the best . The variety and the way it was present is a credit to the kitchen staff . We had a suite with a view and it was nice and big and decorated beautifully and was very clean . The bathroom with the bath and shower was very spacious . I loved how when we checked out we were given a bracelet, this was a nice touch .

We didn’t like that pool was across a car park , it was sort of out of the way and we found the pool was small compared to the size of the hotel . The location wasn’t good we found we had to get a gogek to go places . We assumed it was more in Nusa Dua but it was a distance away.

Muy limpio, super cuidado. Tuvimos suite 1 con vistas al oceano. Grande, con mucho espacio+ bañera y ducha. Te dan todo el kit de limpieza + enjuague bucal+ sales y espuma para el baño. Limpiando cada día, cambiando las toallas. Por las noches hay música en vivo en el restaurante. También afternoon tea +postre y algunas actividades gratis para los turistas. A 5 minutos andando a la playa. Todo perfecto.
