We had a fantastic stay at Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The resort itself is peaceful, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The activities organized by the resort were fun and well-planned, adding an extra touch to our experience and giving us the opportunity to enjoy more of what Bali has to offer. The spa was absolutely perfect—professional, relaxing, and one of the highlights of our stay. It was the ideal place to recharge and indulge in some well-deserved relaxation. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the food throughout the resort was excellent. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the resort made it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our holiday. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, enjoyable activities, and a truly relaxing spa experience in Bali. We would gladly return

Der Empfang im Amnaya war sehr liebevoll und herzlich, die Leute dort sind unglaublich nett. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, geräumig und sauber. Der Pool ist eine kleine versteckte Oase und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch die Poolbar bietet viele diverse Getränke an und hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das weitere Essen im Sukun-Restaurant waren überragend, hier auch eine große Empfehlung. Fitria ist die allerbeste Mitarbeiterin, die unseren Aufenthalt jederzeit mit ihrer herzlichen Art versüßt hat.

Das Restaurant ist leider vorne an der Straße, die sehr laut ist, was nachts teilweise auch stört. Außerdem könnte das Personal an der Poolbar etwas aufmerksamer sein und leere Gläser und Handtücher zügiger wegräumen. Nichtsdestotrotz sind alle sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Die Gegend dort lädt nur zum entspannen ein, leider kann man dort nicht sehr viel unternehmen vor der Tür.
