Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua

The staff were all wonderful. Lisa was very accommodating helping us move rooms as needed. The breakfasts at the Sukun restaurant were scrumptious. And my warm stone massage at the Bhava spa was just divine. Loved the private pool area.

Larger room overlooks street which is too noisy at night. Beds were too hard for me but Staff were very accommodating supplying toppers.

Just the location and the hair dryer.. appreciate if they can upgrade to a newer hair dryer.

We spent 6 days at Amnaya, and they were truly some of the happiest days of our vacation. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and it quickly felt like home. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was kept spotless every day. A special thank you to Dika, housekeeper - his care, attention to detail, and dedication did not go unnoticed. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its staff. Every staff member we met was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We felt cared for every single day, which created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. We also loved the food at the restaurant everything was delicious. The hotel grounds were even more beautiful than in the photos. One of our favorite memories was the Balinese dance workshop, where we met Febi, the staff member. She is such a kind-hearted and wonderful person, and encounters like this make traveling even more meaningful. Thank you, Amnaya, for your hospitality, your amazing team, and the atmosphere you have created. This hotel has left us with warm memories that we will cherish for a long time, and we hope to return one day.
