Location was good.

The entrance carpet was dirty and not hoovered. Inadequate lighting in the room (only 1 lamp). No soap in the shower dispenser. Shower screen loose fitting ; water dripped all over floor. Badly designed drainage in bathroom ; should have a dedicated drain in sauna, so that sweat does not cover the main bathroom floor. TV had very few channels. No telephone to contact staff with about problems. No facilities for tea or coffee. Staff made no eye contact with me, and only spoke with my wife. I felt largely ignored.
