Villa Müllerbeck

The coffee was good and strong. Well-chosen coffee beans. The breakfast was edible, rather pleasant. I also liked the location of the hotel. I can't add anything else here.

The hotel is no longer in the best condition. Everything needs updating. The bathroom fixtures in our room, such as the toilet paper holder and toilet brush holders, were hanging crookedly on the wall or completely detached from the wall. The shower gel container dripped directly into the bathtub and a large spot of shower gel had dried on the bottom of the bathtub. The TV was very old and had very poor picture quality. Only three TV channels could be watched. There were large cobwebs under the TV and also under all the cabinets and the bed. The cobwebs were very large and dense, which suggests that they had been there for a very long time. The pillows were uncomfortable. Fortunately, we had read about this problem online and were able to bring our own pillows.

Room was with beautiful view and huge balcony. The garden is also gorgeous.

Amazing experience. Me and my wife were the only guests at the time, and since there is no 24 hours desk, meaning employees go home for the night, we had a whole villa in beautiful nature next to the lake for ourselves :) We were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Villa has a restaurant on their property, and the chef came over during the morning only to make our breakfast, which tasted amazing, looked like a fancy restaurant dish youd order for 20+ euro, and the size was so big that we left most of it untouched sadly. At our second day we encountered a very friendly lady working in the yard, and after talking for a bit we found out that she is the owner. She was very welcoming and gave off a very positive vibe :)

There is no AC in the room, however opening window above the bed helps, so not a big issue. Wifi reception is very poor, but come on, this place is meant for you to enjoy the nature around, not stare at the screen :D
