Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient free car parking was good. The room was clean and comfortable, very large double bed, and a walk in shower, but would have benefited from better storage. I think ours was one of the smaller rooms, because we did notice some others which were open for cleaning that were much more spacious and better equipped. The only complaint was breakfast. We had eggs Benedict and the poached eggs were over cooked so hard instead of runny. However, when I mentioned this to the manager at reception when paying for the breakfast , she very kindly and unexpectedly waived the charge. So, overall it was a great stay, and the location on the Market Square was perfect.
