Muy pequeño el estacionamiento

Great central option in Palenque, walkable from the bus station and close to everything in the Centro. Great cheap coffee shop a few doors down, and excellent Taco place opposite. Room functional for a short stay and very quiet. Reception helpful and let us store bags as arrived early.

Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la calle principal y de la plaza, el wifi funciona bien.

Creo que es algo caro para lo que ofrece la habitación.

Todo genial , limpio , bien ubicado, con aire acondicionado q se agradece y el personal muy bien

Lo único que se escucha un poco los ruidos de la calle .

Es correcto y está muy céntrico.

Tal vez la habitación algo pequeña, pero correcto por el precio

I had two thoughts after entering my room upon arrival: 1. What have I done in my life to deserve this purgatory, and 2. How does this hotel have so many positive reviews???  The room was downstairs from reception, noisy, and super dark with the window facing a wall. The walls clearly needed a layer of paint to cover up dirty smudges and the bathroom curtain looked like somebody chewed on it. The downstairs common area was not the most charming either, with couches with torn upholstery and inhabited by two young European backpackers who were either high or extremely sleep deprived (not in any way threatening tho). I still dont know the answer to #1 but for #2 it became obvious when I asked to switch rooms the next day. I was given a choice of two rooms on the main level. The layout was identical to my first room but they were much fresher and brighter and felt like a pretty good budget hotel. Everything else was as in most reviews - rooms are simple and quite old but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very friendly staff. Clean and with daily maid service. Cold and hot water available at reception along with instant coffee. I also really enjoyed the small lounge area on the upper level. Overall a solid budget option in Palenque.

The downstairs area could use and upgrade. The downstairs rooms are quite dark and need new paint.
