Nice hotel and friendly helpful staff.

Nice pool, helpful receptionists, Eddie in the restaurant very friendly and service orientated, large rooms, big double beds, late checkout not a problem, shuttle service arranged upon request, highly recommended- my second stay there

As a solo traveler I felt the price could have been adjusted. I paid basically the same as if it would have been for two people including breakfast - I feel an adjustment could have been made - but I find this is typical in Venezuela

Location was kind of isolated I think self service breakfast might be a plus.

Near restaurants and the big nice supermarket in Margarita otherwise this has nothing to offer. the nearby beaches are not nice.

the room was so damp our clothes were wet in the wardrobe, the mirrors and doors where covered in water every day. as we arrived they wheeled out what we now know was a dehumidifier so they knew it was damp. the damp was so and I became poorly whisky there. the breakfast took 45 mins for toast and scrambled egg. the juice arrived as we got up to leave. other guests (one work party) left without food as theirs took so long too. we left early to go to another hotel and even when we told them about the room being so Damp all they where interested in was saying to go direct to them if we wanted to stay again and don’t go vos booking.con!!!! if someone is leaving early due to it being awful they won’t return and we won’t be. absolutely awful hotel rooms. they need to sort this damp issue out.

the staff at the hotel were all absolutely fantastic. very attentive, helpful and friendly. the location is great.
