Friendly yet professional staff throughout. A wonderful welcome. A lovely environment for relaxation.

All very good, we had a fantastic stay. You need a car for trips to coast etc.. A little expensive compared to equivalent standard accommodation.

"A real treat in the most beautiful place."

Exemplary! It is impossible to find fault with this place. It is so well run with lots and lots of very friendly staff. Everything is an exceptionally high standard. The spa and pool is absolutely lovely. The gardens are beautiful. The service is incredible and the food is out of this world. It is a real treat to stay there and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious really comfortable and you’re every need is catered for.

The breakfast offer was first class with a wide selection to suit all tastes and diets etc.

I thought the £100 per night card retention figure was a bit steep.

"Was good but not what expected"

It was okay I can’t say excellent, was expecting more from place like that. Photos looks amazing, on real situation a bit disappointed. Breakfasts was good, dinner absolutely not, no choice what to order I think just steak will be going well, price very expensive for dinner and rooms. Was massive spider web in the corner next to bed and one night this massive spider came out spoil our night.

Spa was okay, massage really good, pedicure to expensive for that quality, the instruments not sharp enough and looks like was being used by previous clients. Breakfast good and electric charging it’s massive plus.
