Kay Jay Palms - Kalkudah

During my stay at Kay Jay Palms service that I have experienced is amazing. Foods were delicious and Room is comfy and clean bathroom.. It was an awesome trip to passikudah. I'll choose this place again in my next vacation.

No refridgerator in the room or television.

The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. I wholeheartedly recommend Kay Jay Beach House to anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience

My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and adorned with delightful coastal-themed décor.

Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Meals were good. Nothing to complain at all.

Unfortunately the location of KayJay palms is not correct on google maps/Apple Maps and booking. We expected that the accomodation is 300m away from the beach but it is not. However, the crew is super friendly and we were able to change to KayJay Beachhouse. We really liked it there.

The hotel is designed beautifully and rooms are spacious and light and extremely comfortable. The hotel was well maintained and kept clean, with a lovely swimming pool and very little surrounding it but palm trees and open space. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and while there was some confusion over the location, it’s only a short tuktuk drive or taxi away from the beach and offers excellent value for money and tranquility. Without the prices of a beach front resort. Breakfast was also very good. We would happily have stayed for longer!

It is a nice hotel with a big pool and lots of palm trees in quiet area. Puvi, one of the employees, who served us the breakfast, was very friendly and polite. The room and the bathroom are very big.

First, the direction and the description (300m away from the beach) weren't correct. When we complained about the long distance to the beach, they offered us a driver for free. The room seemed not to have been cleaned for weeks. There was dust everywhere on the facilities and the blankets of the bed were also dirty. After complaining they changed the bed linen. There was also dry shit of a mouse in the bathroom and we could hear the mouse moving every night. The breakfast was ok. In general, it is sad because the hotel is actually nice and they could have made more out of it.
