I made a confirmed booking at this hotel for my 70-year-old parents. Upon their arrival late at night, they were informed that no rooms were available. Even after presenting their valid booking confirmation, the staff claimed that another party had reserved multiple rooms and, as a result, my parents were denied accommodation. This resulted in my elderly parents being left stranded outdoors in the middle of a winter night. Such conduct is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for guest safety and responsibility. I attempted to contact the hotel repeatedly, but all calls went unanswered. I strongly warn others against booking this property. The level of customer service is appallingly poor, and the management’s lack of professionalism and ethical standards is deeply concerning.

I did not like the property. I travelled along with my mother she is 70 plus and the hotel had no lift. The ambience was not good so did not do checkin

I am unable to respond to the Survey. I went to the Hotel on the 12th November. However, despite the confirmation from Booking.com, the Hotel indicated that it did not have any booking for me or Babu Sharma. Fortunately, I was able to get a booking elsewhere
