I have booked and paid the amount on the day of booking and I got 3 mails regarding confirmation and on the day when I reached there the property manager told me that no rooms left and all booked. Then where is my booking ???

Everything, they collected more amount than the booked amount

Location was not good...breakfast was ok

Not clean room, no water tap in proper condition, location, no food facility

Though we have booked in booking.com, the owner told us to checkout the room because they have taken booking from outside(offline). In need of work travel we were booked our room 2 days prior but they are lethargic about our situation nd in a harsh way they told us to check out nd casually saying to seek other rooms from Oyo by giving customer care number
