I liked the room; it had everything necessary. There is a coffee machine and a tea kettle, it's nice. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. The bed and pillows were very comfortable—usually, this is always a big issue for me in other hotels, but in this one, I was very happy with the bed's comfort and pillow options :) I also liked that the TV was connected to the internet. The hotel owner and the housekeeper are very friendly and quickly assist with any questions👍🏻. The location of the hotel is overall excellent. It's far enough from the bar street in Faliraki, so you don't have to worry about noise when going to sleep. There are also bus stops just a couple of minutes away, and several nice cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby where you can buy everything you need. The center of Faliraki is less than a 5-minute walk, and the beach is a bit farther—about 10 minutes. Overall, my stay at this hotel was great, and I highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the central street, to the bus stop, as well as to the beach. To get to the beach, we had to walk longer because of the crossing location. The walk was enjoyable, though. And tha beach was really nice and not overcrowded at all. As for the owner, he was absolutely great, reserved a taxi to meet us at the airport and to pick us up at 5am because of the early flight. We appreciated that a lot.

It would be great to have a small saucepan in the kitchen .

The property was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed, including great air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The location was perfect, with the main street and beach just a short walk away, plus plenty of nearby bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The owner was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome.

There was nothing to dislike; everything was perfect.

The room was clean and it was cleaned everyday so that was great. House keeper was very nice. The host was also very nice, he gave us a late check out because there were no guest after us which was really nice and thoughtfull since our flight was in the evening. He also gave us some recommandations. Overall a great stay!

Clean and modern rooms in a 2 storey building with no specil amenities like restaurants or other usuals. The greatest part was the care that the young owner gives to his guests. He will guide you to very nice locals, activities and will always answer gladly to your questions. The location is in a quiet side of Faliraki, actually well located towards beach, shops and restaurants.

There is nothing in particular that we didn’t like.

The room is very modern and laid out well. Everything was clean and the person who checked us into the room was very helpful!

Everything was perfect...great location...next to resturants and shops...great owner of the place..great hospitality...very nice people trying to help in every thing the guest needs. You can also go to the pool at the hotel near the place. The beach is very close
