Le personnel était très agréable, les équipements et chambres propres et bien conçus.

Animations tardives que l'on entend des chambres.

Nähe zum Strand. Zimmer war sehr gut. Honig war immer gut.

Lobby hat nicht Hotelanlage erklärt. Gepäck musste selber auf Zimmer gestossen werden. Essen war nur mittelmässig im vergleich zu anderen Restaurants. Fertig Konfitüren waren nicht geniessbar. Einzig die Feigenblätter konfitüre die wurde selbst gemacht..

очень комфортно было, чисто, в номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар. Есть фен. В душе есть гель для купания.

очень маленький был выбор еды, в первые дни было много выбора, последующие всё меньше и меньше. Но еда была вкусная

L'hotel è stupendo. Pieno di servizi, cucina eccezionale e con moltissima scelta che variava anche tra pranzo e cena. Io sono vegetariano e mia moglie è celiaca ma abbiamo trovato sempre tantissimo cibo per noi e poi, ripeto, molto vario. Le piscine erano 4 e molto belle. La spiaggia curata e piena di ombrelloni (però era inizio Ottobre ancora in piena estate). Il personale ai bar molto gentile e con la formula all inclusive potevi prendere tantissime bibite a qualsiasi ora e anche la pizza al taglio e specialità greche.

Eravamo all'unica suite chiamata SUITE SKY perchè all'ottavo piano e tutta vetri anche il soffitto. La vista era strepitosa sia di giorno che di notte. La Jacuzzi per 4 persone (in realtà un'altra marca ma è uguale) era ottima e riscaldata ma non aveva copertura e quindi ci finivano insetti e anche piume di uccelli che per un 5 stelle non è il massimo. L'unica ENORME PECCA di tutta la vacanza era il bagno. Un bagno vecchio, arrugginito in più punti, con una doccia ridicola, con un vetro della doccia mancante e le guarnizioni tutte gialle e sporche. Insomma una cosa incredibile a credersi visto poi la stanza e il resto (eccezionale) dell'albergo. Posterò delle foto sia dei lati positivi (tutti) e dell'unico lato pessimo che abbiamo trovato (il bagno)

Gepflegte Hotelanlage mit mehreren Pools und ausreichend Liegen. Das Essen war gut und immer für jeden was dabei. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Außerdem jeden Tag ein schönes Abendprogramm.

Für Billiard wird 6€ pro Stunde verlangt.

We stayed at the Pegasos Deluxe on the outskirts of Faliraki from 18th-25th October. We travelled with easyJet and booked a superior double with sea view (this was £150 more than the standard room on offer). First impressions on arrival were very good, a lovely hotel from outside and the reception is very well presented. We arrived around 9pm and were taken to our room quickly and made it down to the restaurant in time for our evening meal. The next morning we realised our sea view wasn’t quite what we’d expected or paid for, it was predominantly mountains and other hotels. The room was also very small for 2 adults and a child, although it was recently renovated to a very nice standard, it just wasn’t practical for us. We raised our issue with reception and they got us into the room we had booked with no issues whatsoever. The new room had the stunning views of the sea and pool area we had expected and more space. The whole hotel is immaculate, clearly having been renovated in recent years. The cleaners work constantly to keep it in great shape, the staff are impeccably professional, courteous and kind, I was blown away by how nice everyone was. The pool area is stunning, it is very large with 4 decent sized infinity pools and a children’s splash park. Considering it was half term holidays, the sun beds were plentiful and good quality, you get pool towels provided which can be changed every 3 days, these towels fit the sun beds perfectly. The beach also has free sun beds for hotel guests to use. The buffet restaurant offers an excellent selection of food for all tastes, with theme nights throughout the week, I personally couldn’t fault the food here, very good AI food and a special mention to “Babis?” I think was his name? such a lovely man, always smiling and making a fuss of our daughter. We only used the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal, opting to use the snack bars at lunch. “Meat the Greek” was my personal favourite for lunch for Pita Gyros which were great, the wood fired pizzas were also really nice. My daughter lovely the delicious crepes and the lady who served them was very nice too. There are animation activities throughout the day around the pool areas, although we didn’t get involved. The evening entertainment is actually very good for a hotel and we really enjoyed it, there is a mini disco for kids first and then an act of some description afterwards, all of whom were thoroughly enjoyable, my personal favourite was on the last night there was a James Brown tribute who was hilarious. The bar staff work their socks off especially Michalis who is a fantastic guy, a real asset to the hotel, the drinks on offer are the usual AI set up with branded drinks being extra but we didn’t feel the need to buy any drinks, the lager tasted good and the spirits were very good measures and not watered down at all. The hotel is around a 25-30 walk into Faliraki itself so if you have walking difficulties it’s worth getting a taxi for €10. We went to Rhodes town on the bus for €2.50, the bus stop is outside the hotel and they are usually every 20 mins. We caught a taxi back from Rhodes town for €20. The airport transfer takes around 35-50 mins depending on route. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay at a beautiful hotel, and special thanks to Dimitris on reception for helping us have a late check out room. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
