This hotel is great for a cozy stay. The rooms are comfy, the service is top-notch, but there's not much to do around. Perfect for a quick stopover during your travels.

The staff, although helpful, could be somewhat friendlier. Given the running water characteristics of San Jose, it's fair that there are so many lime stains on the shower - but this can be taken care of. Most of the holes in the shower head were blocked for the same reason.

High level. Facilities, details.

Loads of insects alive and dead. The shower room was heaving bugs. Toilet was broken and couldn’t flush and there was no toilet seat. Poor WiFi Poor TV quality A/C was switched off in the middle of the night which led to us waking up dripping in sweat.

Clean place, ocean view, helpful staff, yummy breakfast, comfortable bed, cr clean ,offer shampoo and body wash liquid, Room r big , wifi strong and fast ,

Staff and food were really good.

No hot water in the shower. Sink had but shower is more important.
