El Zócalo Hotel Boutique

Everything was great. I was very surprised to see how elegant the hotel is and the hot-tub and steam baths they have. Great and very generous breakfast. Very calm, a bit outside the hyper-centre but located at walkable distance from everything. It was very charming and comfortable. The backyard, the room itself, the entrance hall, everything is very tastefully and nicely decorated and invites you to spend a god restful time at the hotel.

The room was clean and the bed is comfy. The bathroom is also nice and the shower was nice and hot.

So the site says there is free parking nearby, but it isnt free nor nearby (the man from the parking is really kind though). The room is noisy since it is right next to a busy road. The hotel has a jacuzzi, but nobody showed us where or how it works. Also they did not show us around so we had to find out ourselves where the breakfast was (the breakfast is nice though and the staff was very kind).

It is clean, well located and very modern.

Rooms with no fresh air

Staff was great, breakfast very good. Location excellent. It would be helpful to have a few maps and brochures of places and things to do. Thanks so much!

The location was great and the room was very cleans and well decorated.

There were double glass windows to isolate the noise from outside, but there was a sensor inside the hotel that would make a noise every time someone entered through the hotel’s main door. This noise made it difficult to sleep until late (the noise starts at 6 am).

It is very close to the town center so you can walk everywhere you need to go and plenty of parking in front for your car. The Jacuzzi room was nice and the rooms are small but comfortable.
