Muy poca person de agua en el baño

Struttura assolutamente perfetta per immergersi in una natura incredibile. Ottima la possibilità di fare la sauna. Lo staff sempre gentilissimo e la colazione superba.

La sera fa freddo. Noi eravamo nel Glamping e la tenda non si scaldava. Durante la notte siamo però stati bene grazie alle coperte e al letto comodo.

La habitación fue muy cómoda, tenía todo lo que indicaban. El desayuno estuvo espectacular y todo el staff muy atento y prestos a ayudar.

Al inicio se demoró bastante en encender el agua caliente del jacuzzi, por lo que una parte del tiempo nos tocó frio. Después calentó y todo estuvo muy bien.

Wir haben in einem der Zimmer übernachtet und das war in Ordnung. Auf den zweiten Blick merkt man, dass einige Dinge teilweise nicht durchdacht sind: die Balkontüre ist immer einen Spalt offen. Es gibt kein Moskitonetz. In unserem Zimmer stand eine Pfanze, die wohl das Zuhause von Ameisen war und die Ameisenstraße führte durch das ganze Zimmer. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur, wenn man es ausdrücklich verlangt (den Mistkübel auf der Toilette müsste man aber mMn täglich, auch ungefragt leeren!). Es gibt ein "Restaurant", bei dem man jedenfalls das Frühstück bekommt und sonst auch essen kann. Die Speisen sind in Ordnung, aber geschmacklich nichts außergewöhnliches. Anzumerken ist hier, dass der Service wirklich langsam ist. Wir haben auf Frühstück (Eierspeise und Yoghurtbowl) immer mindestens 25 Minuten gewartet, einmal sogar 45 (!) - das kann wirklich nicht sein. Außerdem kommen die Getränke immer erst nachdem das Essen schon da ist. Das ist in Summe etwas ärgerlich und muss jedenfalls verbessert werden. Wenn es draußen kühler ist, ist auch das Zimmer und das Restaurant entsprechend kalt. Außerdem spricht nur eine Person (bei uns der Herr der zum Frühstück Dienst hatte) Englisch. Die Dame die uns empfangen hat war zwar wirklich herzlich aber wir haben keine Info zum Hotel (zB zur Sauna, Waschmöglichkeit) erhalten weil sie kein Englisch spricht. Als Hotel in einer Touristengegend sollte das nicht sein.

We had a good experience at the hotel. The personel was nice, breakfast was good, and our tent was very nice and well prepared for both cold and warm weather. The view from our tent was amazing. We were also offered help with lighting the fireplace and a kit of marshmallows to roast. Since I realize that glamping really isn't my thing, I'd prefer to come back and stay at one of the normal rooms instead of in a tent. I would also plan for a two night stay instead of just one.

The hotel ist located outside of Filandia, and we had to drive through a very bad road to get there. There were no signs of the hotel being closeby and I had to wonder whether we were on a wrong road.

No es cómodo, frío en la noche, solo había un calefactor pequeño y caluroso durante el día, en realidad es una estructura de plástico, muy bonito pero poco práctico. El baño , exótico, pero fuera de la habitación, incómodo
