Die Lage des kleinen Anwesens ist gut, der Empfang war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind auf dem Privatgrund ausreichend vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem. Man kann fußläufig die Therme erreichen, es empfiehlt sich allerdings, Badeschuhe zu tragen. Das Frühstück war liebevoll vorbereitet und von sehr guter Qualität. Die Zimmer sind vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Charme aber keinen Abbruch. Wir sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus. Wenn ich mir so die eine oder andere Bewertung lese, frage ich mich, ob es nicht gut wäre, wenn auch der Gastgeber das Recht hätte, seine Gäste zu bewerten. Wäre mit Sicherheit interessant.

Bathroom was really small

מאוד אהבתי את העיצוב הקצת אירופאי כבד של החדר, התאים המעיינות החמים והאיזור. חבל שאין בריכה ליד החדרים. אהבנו את הקירבה המעיינות החמים בטורקיה בערב ובשחר. היה מאוד חם המיזוג היה טוב. בארוחת הבוקר השירות יכל להיות יותר חביב ונדיב

השרות בארוחת הבוקר היה קצת נוקשה

Bien situé et prêt des cascades accessible à pied. Personnel sympathique et à l écoute.

The property is located in the picturesque province of Tuscany with a short walk to the thermal springs. The grounds are lovely and the service was excellent. Nice breakfast with lots of choices and endless cappuccini. The main attraction here is the thermal baths and they are worth the drive - just bring beach boots because the small rocks in the springs are difficult to walk on. Knowing that their guests are visiting the thermal springs, management was very good about setting out drying racks in front of our unit for our wet towels and suits.

We only had one problem...otherwise it was lovely. When we booked, we were given the impression by Booking that a pool was available. Central Italy was experiencing a heat wave at the time (late May, 2026) and upon our arrival we were told the pool was not open yet. If there had been a caveat in the ad explaining seasonal pool use, our expectations would not have been dashed. We were a little perturbed about this, but quickly got over it while we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Booking should consider adding seasonal amenity information to their ads.

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. Se siente cómo en casa, el desayuno muy amplio, las habitaciones cómodas con su entrada independiente, la cercanía de las cascadas y el personal es un gran equipo. No veo la hora de volver.

Wir könnten noch mal das Auto vor 15.30 Uhr auf dem parking abstellen.müsten wir wieder raus fahren.sehr schlecht weil in die Nähe war kein Parkplatz

Se sei un hotel devi avere il portiere ed accogliere gli ospiti anche se arrivano prima magari consentendo di lasciare i bagagli,invece loro sono molto rigidi con check in tipo B&B dalle 14,30 alle 19,30 se arrivi prima neanche ti lasciano fuori rispondendo al citofono anche in maniera sgarbata.....sul tavolo c'è una bottiglia di vino con un biglietto tipo " la famiglia vi da il benvenuto ecc ecc" ma la bottiglia e a pagamento.. ...
