Leys Hotel

The location was ideal for where I was training. The meals were excellent.

The rooms and hotel overall are a bit dated and in need of a freshen up which of course will come at a cost. Bathroom and shower were very cramped. Bed wasn’t the comfiest.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. No fuss. Bus stops just outside for easy and regular transport into Aberdeen City centre.

There is nothing not to like.

room was very spacious, hotel was recently redecorated, very tartan. Breakfasts and evening mills good quality and substantial. Plenty car parking available, also bus stop at door to/from Aberdeen.

Could not sleep at night due to an air conditioning unit humming loudly at the back of the hotel

The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The food was fantastic. Pretty location. Big free car park. Having a bath and a shower in the room was good. Breakfast was included in the price.

We went when the weather was really muggy, which can't be helped but this made for a really uncomfortable sleep as there was no air conditioning and ventilation in our room was poor, so bring a fan if it is hot!! Be careful of the bus times advertised as both our buses in and out of Aberdeen did not run to time (one was completely cancelled) and a local told us this happens all the time.

Breakfast very good. Excellent service. Evening meal very good and large plateful.

Weather very warm and very heavy duvet. Could do with hotels using duvets to fit the Weather. Not a reflection on this hotel but hotels nationwide. Shower control difficult to get required temperature.

All of it! Traditional Family run Hotel. Great Location. Warm welcome. Beautiful room and clean. Was maid service everyday and then some. Great menu and delicious food. We would return.

our stay was not long enough

Everything perfect and I had a really comfortable stay, food was also excellent in the restaurant
