La limpieza brilla por su ausencia (espejo del baño sucio, pelo de otras personas en la ducha...) Se olvidaron de hacernos la habitación No hay apenas enchufes El secador funcionaba mal La ubicación no es del todo ideal, al estar en el centro de la isla. Para ir a desayunar había que andar casi 10 minutos hasta el restaurante. Para nosotros no es un problema pero habrá a quien le suponga un hándicap o molestia.

Great location, fantastic air conditioning, comfortable bed and good amenities. Smart TV, fridge & tea making facilities were very good also. Right in the middle of the island so could walk everywhere within minutes. Really good stay.

Only negative is that it was too noisy particularly through the night.

Rooms were very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast on the beach, with the sea only metres away, was really good! Enjoyed our stay very much.

Big, pretty (nice decorations) and comfortable room with fridge, hairdryer etc. Big, the most comfortable bathroom we had in Indonesia with very nice cosmetics (even hair conditioner and body lotion). The breakfast was served in bar on the beach - 10 minutes walk but with excellent seaview. Hotel is 6 minutes walk from harbour.

A little bit claustrophobic space around the room. Green colour of water in swimming pool. We had to wait for the reception hosts to make check-in.

The hotel is rated as a four star but this is definitely not the case. We stayed in Rumah Dua at Scallywags Smugglers which was convenient for us as it had two separate rooms right near each other which was perfect for us and the kids. The beds were clean and comfortable but the rooms, especially the bathrooms are pretty tired. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and just looked very worn and dated. The fridge in one room leaked water onto the floor of the room. It was cleaned up when we mentioned to the staff but not fixed. In the second room we found dead cockroaches twice. The breakfast was pretty basic. The staff were nice and responsive and it was cheap accommodation so good value but we expected a better standard and wouldn’t stay here again as it wasn’t a particularly comfortable stay for us.

Great location, lovely rooms, great shower , lovely breakfast just a 5 min cycle way at the main resort with truly lovely staff.

The pool was filthy and green due to the amount of algae growing on the walls. The smell of chlorine was overpowering and it didn’t need that much it just needs a clean. You asked about the staff but we wouldn’t know as we didn’t see anyone the reception was unmanned our entire stay!

La posizione è molto comoda e carina l’idea della colazione a bordo mare, ma a dieci minuti a piedi dalla struttura. A parte questo nient’altro.

Pulizia approssimativa, ho trovato lo scarico della doccia pieno di capelli, un giorno non è stata nemmeno pulita. Camera piuttosto piccola, con le valigie ci si muove a stento. Acqua calda mai pervenuta. Nella stanza due lampadine fulminate sostituite il giorno dopo, ma comunque la stanza era buia. Ma la cosa peggiore è stato farmi pagare prima e poi portarmi in struttura dopo, dove mi sono accorto che l’acqua della piscina era verde e che era inutilizzabile. E non mi hanno concesso un’ora extra di check out per scusarsi visto che avevamo il traghetto alle 13. Pessimi.
