The Kon's Villa Bali Seminyak

Big Villa, spacious living room kitchen, then a big bedroom with en suite. They provide a buggy service which is very good, when you’re going out for brunch, food in town they drop you. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

Nothing really I didn’t like

Absolutely everything, the staff were amazing and so accomodating. The room was comfortable and clean with no faults. Location in Seminyak was perfect, so many great food and shopping places around and only about 5 minutes from the beach. If you stay definitely make use of the in room massages it’s an absolutely beautiful and relaxing experience. The rooms get re-cleaned every day which is so handy. If you ever need anything the staff are onto it straight away! You can get in room breakfast every morning which we did once but then decided to venture out around to closer cafes on the same street for some variety!

Nothing - can’t fault it

The staff were so friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable! They sprayed the room every day to make sure we didn’t get bitten by mosquitoes. They offered to take us to the airport on our last day and were always making sure we had everything needed. Will definitely come back again - also best location !

The room was very lovely

We had to pay for breakfast and there were only 2 options. So you pretty much eat the same thing everyday . We accidentally broke a glass and got charged a hefty price to replace it. We hired a motorbike from the villas and were wrongly accused of having an accident and damaging the bike, they even sent me photos to my mobile phone. Not to mention we rode past 4 staff when we came back from taking the bike out any time of the day. When we went to speak to them and ask what was going on, suddenly it was all sorted out and we didn’t need to worry and it was never mentioned again

We enjoyed the separate living/kitchen area and the bedroom with ensuite toilet! Kitchen was well equipped! We didn't have butter and so we called reception to ask if they have any, and they delivered! The pool was also clean for a dip any time! During housekeeping, the villa staff ensured they clear all the fallen leaves in the pool. At night, they also do their rounds to spray insect repellent in the living and bedroom. Their buggy services also sent us out to the nearest convenience store to get some groceries for cooking. Exceptional service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again! One of the best villa near retail shops, eateries and convenience stores.

Would be good for housekeeping team to check with the reception if guests are in the villa or not before entering the villa to spray the insect repellent in the evening. One of the evening while we were resting in the bedroom, we heard someone trying to open our bedroom door (thankfully we locked it), and it turns out to be housekeeping. That was the only unpleasant moment we had during our 4 night stay here.

Perfect location. Staff were amazing. Villa was beautiful, modern and so relaxing. Having a buggy to take us out daily for breakfast, lunch, shopping and dinner was so cool. Effortless! Made the holiday memorable.

No complaints. Had the best time.

Everything. Absolutely beautiful place. Staff were lovely. A pity we were only there for 1 night. Definitely will be booking this place again for a much longer time next time. They even have a courtesy cart and drop and pick you up to where ever you need to go around locally. Loved this!! Property is so well maintained and super clean, bed was extremely comfy also.
