staff was friendly, location was good, reception area has a lovely aesthetic, affordable pricing.

the cleanliness was definitely an issue, especially in the toilet. I found a few strands of hair in the toilet bowl and sink. Made me wonder whether it has been thoroughly cleaned. Room could also do with some decor as it looks bare. There was no drinking water or kettle provided.

The service was very disappointing. The staff were not helpful, and the way they handled customer concerns was unprofessional. This experience made me feel that guest satisfaction was not a priority. I would not stay here again.
