Only the staffs behaviours. They are nice, polite. But, untrained for the hospitality industry. The bathroom has: running hot & cold water facility for 24 hrs. Rooms interior were modernly nicely done. Air conditioner was working.

The congested crowded location. It's in a busy commercial congested Street.The hotel is situated on the bang opposite of marwari Hospital, in a commercial building at the 3rd floor. No such decent restaurants nearby. The hotel have it's own kitchen, but non functional. There's a takeaway Jain food restaurant in the ground floor of the building with a limited variety of foods. It's a basic hotel. No soap or shampoo/ body wash were given. The bed linen was not so clean/ fresh. Towels were not clean. It's disgusting.
