The hospitality and service of the hotel was pathetic. The lobby was small with just one sofa. Hotel had around 30~33 rooms and they overbooked for around 60 rooms. They did not have the courtesy to call customers and tell them that room is not available and customers were sent back without room at 9 and 10PM in the night. Pathetic response!!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous, and I especially appreciated Sushant for being very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The property is well-located and maintained neatly, making it comfortable and convenient. Overall, it was a good experience, and I stayed there for 2 nights.

The rooms were quite small, especially considering the price I paid through Booking.com. Basic amenities like dental kits were not provided. After arriving in Hyderabad and speaking with a few friends, I realized that I could have found better options at the same price range.
