The overall staff was co-operative. The rooms were clean. I liked everything about RCC.

Rien,c'est pas la même que vous avez montré dans les photos,petit déjeuner nul pour le Européen il y a rien a manger, salle de bain la chambre très sale et sa sent mauvais.

Tous,pour les européens il ne faut pas louer c'est just pour le gens là-bas

The staff were very friendly and the property was value for money with a very nice location

Location was good

First of all, I already made full payment at the time of booking, but the person at reception said the amount is different in their system and made me pay more. Secondly, my booking clearly mentioned free breakfast in all 3 rooms, but their system showed free breakfast for 5 people only and I had to pay for the rest. Coming to the rooms, it was low lit, small and stinky. No soap in dispenser and water getting logged in bathroom. Requested for air freshener but no action. Restaurant was for breakfast only and not even milk available for kids in the night. Breakfast had only idly and tea. Food was below par. Biggest problem was they tried to give room on 4th floor in beginning which were infested with cockroaches. Upon strongly refusing the same they gave rooms at first floor which were also available but they were not willing to give as we booked online and paid already. Also, I noticed that room rate for walk ins was almost 50% cheaper compared to what I paid online.
