Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön am See. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes, aber okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen, insbesondere der Toilette und Dusche, entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Des Weiteren war die Fußleiste unter der Badezimmertür gelöst. Besonders störend war die Konfiguration der Betten, bei der zwei Einzelbetten zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben wurden, was zu einer unerwünschten Spaltbildung führte. Unsere Anfrage nach einem durchgehenden Topper konnte in einem 4-Sterne-Haus bedauerlicherweise nicht erfüllt werden.

Sehr ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Berzdorfer See gelegen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Leider war die Bar trotz Hinweis auf tägliche Öffnung während unseres Aufenthaltes nie geöffnet.

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr leckeres Essen in beiden Restaurants. Lage direkt am See.

Ein Kühlschrank fehlt.
